The Mansfield TDX is a USCG approved type 1 treatment system for use in most waters. The small footprint allows for installation in smaller vessels. With a 10 gallon holding tank, the system is designed for flushing without the treatment system running each time. When the waste level rises, simply switch on the low power consumption treatment process. Two functions, one with a treat and hold for those no discharge areas or the user selected treat and discharge. Only using less than 10amp @12v its power draw is much less than systems like the Raritan Electro Scan at 50amps.

This reconditioned unit has been completely disassembled, cleaned, repaired, tested and inspected. It is complete with the control panel and 12v discharge pump.

Specifications:
• Electrical Requirements- 8 Amps/ 12 VDC
• Treatment Cycle- 26 Minutes
• Usable Capacity- 10 U.S. Gallons (37.85 liters)
• Flushing Water- Fresh or Salt
• Max Operating Angle Heel- 30° (side to side) 10° (fore / aft)

Paired with Vacuflush system:
The average capacity of the TDX will allow approximately 40 uses before treatment is required. The maximum level of contents of the collection tank is 1" below the top side of the tank and should not be exceeded. After 15-30 uses the 3/4 full light will signal; treatment should take place within the next few flushes.

Paired with standard marine heads:
The average capacity of the TDX will allow approximately 10-20 uses before treatment is required. The maximum level of contents of the collection tank is 1" below the top side of the tank and should not be exceeded. After 7-10 uses the 3/4 full light will signal; treatment should take place within the next few flushes.

When the tank has reached capacity, the full light the full light and the "Do Not Flush" light on the control panel indicate treatment should be initiated by moving the control switch to a treatment position.

When the TDX cycle is activated the chemical injector pump automatically injects one (1) pint of treatment into the collection tank. Make sure you are aware of the rules and regulations of discharging at your location. If you are in a "No Discharge Zone" you're TDX control panel must be set to the "Treat and Hold" position, not allowing the treated waste to be discharged (storing the contents up to a week if necessary). Otherwise the second option is to let the treated waste automatically discharge when the cycle is complete.
